Leading player in the Australian banking and financial services corporations is seeking a true change specialist that can transform the change management capability across the group and ensure the bank is mature with the implemented change framework by the end of 2012.

This role will be a member of the Change Management leadership team and requires a specialist that is a natural leader and passionate about delivery. This role offers the opportunity to evolve and play a huge part in the future of the change community across the bank.

The successfulcandidate willoffer a wealth of change and business transformation experience and be able toimplement learning programs for Change Specialists, Project Managers, Senior Leaders and Managers continue to evolve in line with the methodology andsupport the vision and strategycreated by the change leadership Team.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of organisational change management principles and methodology.
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to drive relationships with clients at a high level
• Interest in personal self-development
• Work autonomously and the ability to prioritise and manage several deliverables operating in parallel.
• Experience of working within the banking/financial markets
• Advanced knowledge of the principles of Project Management
• Consultancy skills working with internal and external relationships and the complexity of multiple stakeholders
• Work autonomously and the ability to prioritise and manage several deliverables operating in parallel.
• Adkar/Prosci certification is highly regarded
