In July, Midvale Utah real estate had sold a total number of 29 houses of which sales in monthly level dropped off 17.14 percent from 35 houses sold in June. On the other hand, sales in yearly level went up for about 24.14 percent compared to 22 homes sold in July of the previous year.
Average properties sold have four bedrooms and two bathroom features.
Original sold price amounted $195,000 and median price was $170,000.
